Chris Stewart, is a native Arkansan, born and raised in Brinkley, Arkansas. He began his law practice in Arkansas in a firm practicing insurance defense litigation. Now in private practice, his firm focuses primarily on business and patent litigation, commercial real estate, settlement transfers and government relations.  Chris has been in the law practice for nearly 20 years.  Chris is a licensed attorney in both Arkansas state and federal courts, the Eighth Circuit Court of Appeals and the Federal Circuit Court of Appeals.  Chris has been named a Super Lawyers Rising Star from 2011 – 2017. In 2014, Chris received the Arkansas Democrat Gazette Attorney Reader’s Choice Award.  In 2015, Chris was chosen as a 40 under 40 Most Influential Political Consultants by the American Association of Political Consultants.  From 2007 to 2012 Chris served as legal counsel for the Republican Party of Arkansas. In 2013, Chris was named a Cystic Fibrosis Young Professional Honoree.  In 2012, Chris was a candidate for public office.  In 2006, Chris was the political director for Gov. Asa Hutchinson of Arkansas. Chris has been an adjunct professor at John Brown University teaching business law, human resource management and business ethics.  Additionally, Chris has been an I-Fund mentor instructor in the Sam Walton School of Business at the University of Arkansas.  Currently, Chris serves as a part-time Public Defender in Pulaski County to aid with the backlog of cases as a result of the Covid-19 pandemic.  Chris serves on the Board of Advisors for Liberty University's School of Business and on the Alumni Board of Directors for Regent University School of Law.  Chris owns a political finance software company.  Chris is a frequent speaker on digital politics, payment processing and mobile payment trends.  Chris is a proud volunteer Little League baseball coach at Junior Deputy Baseball in Little Rock, AR. Chris is married to Julie and they have three children, Kennedy(12), Jack(10) and Charlotte(9). He is an avid outdoorsman and mountaineer.
